Terms of Use

Effective October 18, 2026

By buying or using AccountingSkills AI you agree to these terms.

The product

AccountingSkills AI is a digital library of structured prompts ("skills") and related tools for accounting and tax professionals, used with third-party AI assistants you choose. Purchases of the Pack, PRO, the Document Drafter and Accounting AI 30 are one-time payments for lifetime personal access for as long as the product is offered. Compass is a subscription billed monthly or annually after a 3-day free trial and can be canceled anytime before the next billing date.

Professional responsibility

The skills produce AI-generated drafts and calculations for review by a qualified professional. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, they do not perform attest or audit services, and they do not create a client relationship. You remain solely responsible for verifying every output against current law, IRS guidance, applicable professional standards (including Circular 230 and state board rules) and the facts of each engagement. Do not paste confidential taxpayer information into AI tools unless your own data-protection obligations allow it.

License

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may use the skills in your own practice, including for your clients, but you may not resell, republish or share the library or your access link.

No affiliation

AccountingSkills AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS, the AICPA, NAEA, NASBA, any state board of accountancy, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Microsoft.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
